David

David graduated from Center Point School for Massage in 2001 and was certified as a Neuromuscular Therapist (CNMT) by the International Academy of Neuromuscular Studies in 2003. David uses a combination of deep tissue/ neuromuscular, Swedish and various myofacial techniques to create the effects desired during your massage, be it for relaxation, recovery from injury, chronic pain or repetitive activities.

Di

Di is a sports massage therapy specialist. Certified in Clinical Sports Massage Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy, she has been practicing for over 15 years. She has worked with Olympic athletes and many elite professional athletes from the NFL, MBA, MLB and WMBA. After graduating from the Atlanta School of Massage in 1997 Di went on to obtain her National Certification in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork in 1998. Di also spent 6 years working in massage education. Di is dedicated to motivating her clients towards a healthy lifestyle and obtaining a more abundant life. She doesn’t believe in “one size fits all” when it comes to massage and bodywork and uses a combination of modalities and techniques to customize each session for the client’s needs and goals.

Eileen

Eileen stumbled into Massage Therapy on a mission to serve people as a healthcare provider. Amazed by the body, her desire to learn how it works and heals itself became a personal goal and led to a career change after 10+ years where she then started at The School of Massage Therapy at Northwestern Health Sciences University. She is a certified NeuroMuscular Therapist and specializes in Swedish, Rehabilitative/Clinical Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre/Post - natal massage, Myofascial release, Sports Massage, Hospital Based Massage, and Chair Massage. "As a therapist, I love to educate my clients about the body's innate ability to heal itself and the many benefits of massage and other body work to maintain and achieve optimal health."

Tim

Tim is a Certified Massage Therapist who graduated from Saint Paul College in Saint Paul MN in 2012. He specializes in sports and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and is certified in SCOUT tool assisted myofascial release. Tim combines these modalities and others with his knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to create a session that addresses the needs of each client.

Emily

Emily graduated from Blue Sky School of Massage in Madison, WI in 2003. She specializes in therapeutic deep tissue, sports, swedish and pregnancy massage and integrates other modalities into every massage to get the best results out of every session. "I love listening to every clients individual issues and using my knowledge of the body and intuition to get the best results. I am a problem solver. If a complaint arises that I am unfamiliar with I will educate myself to figure out the best solution to the clients issue." She believes that incorporating many different alternative therapies, along with strength, exercise and stretching, is the best way to total body wellness.

Christa

Christa is a bodyworks enthusiast. She came to understand how important taking care of the body was at a very young age due to involvement with multiple styles of dance, sports, yoga, and jobs that have been physically demanding. She started her pursuit in massage therapy at Anthem College in 2010, and has been practicing ever since. Her clientele ranges from professional dancers, sports players, elderly, to children. Christa has had success with lessening or taking away people's migraines, TMJ pain, whiplash, Bell's Palsey, gaining back full range of motion in areas such as the neck, rotator cuff, hips and back. She uses a variety of techniques including structural integration, Paul St. John's Neurosomatic Therapy: includes visceral and cranial decompression, Myofasical Release, and Tui'na. She looks forward to working with you and your specific issues and to deduct where they are coming from. "Prevention and maintaining a balanced structure is most important for a better quality of living."

Tim

Tim is a Certified Massage Therapist who graduated from Saint Paul College in Saint Paul MN in 2012. Tim combines these modalities and others with his knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to create a session that addresses the needs of each client.

Joe

Joe is a graduate of the St Paul College massage program. After a lifetime of injuries due to manual labor, Joe found body work as a way to treat his own injuries. A background in personal training has also given him an extra perspective on anatomy and bio-mechanics. It has taught him about treating postural distortions with specific exercise and stretching that is complimentary to massage. He specializes in deep tissue and sports massage.

Maureen

Maureen enjoys using a variation of techniques during each session. Her specialties include Thai massage, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage and sports massage. She uses her knowledge and understanding of the body, to hone in on problem areas. Her pressure ranges from gentle to deep depending on the client's needs. Maureen graduated in 2011 from the Minnesota School of Business in Rochester, Minnesota. She is a nationally certified massage therapist. Maureen says “I know that every person who comes to see me will have a unique reason. My job is to listen and provide a solution for that individual.”
