FAQ

Is tipping appropriate?

Yes. Our therapists greatly appreciate your tips. Generally 20% says your therapist did a good job.

What should I wear?

If you are having a massage on the table, you will be given a moment to undress to your comfort level (usually down to just underwear or nude) and to get under the sheet. If you are receiving a Thai massage, you should wear loose clothing (gym clothes). If you are receiving a chair massage, you will be fully clothed.

What do your Tiers mean?

We have a tiered system for our pricing. Our tiers simply represent seniority within our company. Every massage therapist that starts with The Doorway starts at Tier 1 and move up to higher tiers the longer they have been with our company. Tiers do not represent our therapists skill set or how long they have been in the industry.
