With nearly 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with clients of all types, helping them overcome pain and movement challenges. My name is Michael, I graduated from Saint Paul College in 2025 with a diploma in Clinical Massage Therapy. I specialize in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and sports massage therapy. I enjoy combining my skill sets and massage techniques along with my knowledge of the body to help others feel better and move better, whether they are suffering from every day pain and stress or recovering from an injury.

Emily graduated from Aveda Institute in Jan 2024. She specializes in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and reflexology. She incorporates effective communication and mindfulness into each of her sessions. She is committed to creating a safe environment for her clients and building trusting relationships by listening and responding to your unique needs. Her goal is to be a source of warmth and comfort while also being helpful and effective. She is looking forward to developing a mastery of massage with you.

Bill’s passion for massage therapy has led him to study a variety of Western and Eastern modalities which he draws upon to best serve his client’s goals. His training in sensitivity to subtle body energies, along with using his body weight to deliver deep pressure, allows for therapy to different layers of the body, from skin to deep tissue. Bill strives to support his clients in their goals, whether that be supporting a daily movement practice, addressing pain and tension, or finding more balance in the nervous system. If you have ongoing pain and tension in your neck, shoulders, back, or hips, or just want some nourishment for your muscles and relaxation, Bill is here to support you.
